I was born and raised in the Midwest! This meant balancing my time between Illinois and Indiana, until my time in the Army, where I lived in several places across the United States. Now, I call Albuquerque, New Mexico home (I do travel ;) ).
When I'm not behind the lens, I work for New Mexico Highlands University as an Admissions Counselor. This allows me to help underserved populations have equitable access to higher education.
When I'm not at work or photographing, I am spending time with my son, Archer, and my two dogs, Whiskey and Yoda.
I am also working on a second masters, began training a 2yo horse (I have no life, I love it), and started working on my western pleasure and ranch riding skills.
I specialize in natural light photography, capturing moments that can be cherished for years.
I am also a proud ally of the Equestrians of Color Project. If you would like to learn more, please check out the website: https://equestriansofcolor.com/
